cost of any book (but not shipping charges) will be provided to all purchasers
who return any book or other item in its original condition within one month of
the book or item being dispatched in Australia and within two months of the book
or item being dispatched to other countries.
We want you to be happy and will do our best to please you if you wish to make a

If you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns but we will take all possible care to ensure a safe return.

Shipping limits:

in the world for the lowest cost we can. The shipping price usually reduces as
the quantity ordered increases.
